Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematics Software and Algorithms to lead Battlespace Awareness software across critical programs. You will drive complex, multi-team initiatives with emphasis on optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, ensuring delivery on schedule.

You will manage plans, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain documentation while driving process improvements and rigorous release management. A US security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project plans, including features, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
• Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management.
• Collaborate with SMEs to incorporate innovations into plans.
• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation and project reports.
• Improve project management processes for efficiency and impact.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality before deployment.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and monitor utilization to prevent bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with SMEs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet integration requirements.
