Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan with features, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management and C2 integration.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation including specs and manuals.
• Oversee release planning and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders with reports and presentations.
• Assess and allocate resources to prevent bottlenecks and ensure support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with SMEs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across divisions to meet program priorities.
