Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to oversee Battlespace Awareness software across critical programs. You will ensure alignment with technical, functional, and business requirements, leveraging optimization, estimation, and AI/ML expertise to drive multi‑team initiatives to a scheduled release.

The role requires strong PM leadership, deep software knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders and disciplines. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software across complex programs.
• Lead multi‑team efforts, setting objectives, plans, and milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of algorithms and interfaces for battle management and threat tracking.
• Document specifications, user manuals, and project reports; improve PM processes.
• Plan and oversee software release activities, ensuring quality before deployment.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
