Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Network Infrastructure to lead end-to-end backbone capacity programs enabling AI infrastructure. You will partner with Backbone Engineering, Optical, Network Planning and Supply Chain to land architecture roadmaps and drive delivery milestones.

As the senior IC anchor, you will translate deep technical tradeoffs into executive risk narratives, mentor TPMs, and build durable program governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TPM experience in infrastructure or networking.
• Experience owning a portfolio spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Subject matter expertise in routing, backbone topology, transport, and data center interconnection.
• Track record of landing multi-quarter infrastructure programs with hardware and supply chain dependencies.
• Ability to establish program structure in ambiguous or newly formed domains.
• Communication skills translating technical complexity into executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-year backbone architecture programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Backbone Engineering, Optical, and Network Planning to land roadmaps.
• Own the program surface where long-haul transport, optical, and routing intersect.
• Drive standards and plan of record for backbone reliability and performance.
• Drive network capacity delivery programs from demand through provision-ready milestones with accountability.
• Surface and resolve blockers across the capacity delivery critical path and ensure timely delivery.
