Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Network Infrastructure focused on Backbone & Capacity Delivery. You will lead end-to-end backbone capacity programs spanning architecture evolution to provision-ready delivery, partnering with Backbone Engineering, Optical, Network Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align roadmaps with AI capacity demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Technical Program Management in infrastructure or networking environments.
• Experience owning a portfolio spanning multiple engineering teams; TPM sets the plan of record.
• Subject matter expertise in routing, backbone topology, transport, and data center interconnection.
• Track record landing multi-quarter infrastructure programs with hardware and supply chain dependencies.
• Ability to establish program structure in ambiguous or newly formed domains.
• Strong communication translating technical complexity into executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-year backbone architecture programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Backbone Engineering, Optical, and Network Planning teams to land roadmaps.
• Own the program surface where long-haul transport, optical, and routing intersect.
• Drive standards and plan of record for backbone reliability and performance.
• Lead capacity delivery programs from demand through provision-ready and milestones.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Supply Chain, and Data Center teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify and resolve blockers across the capacity delivery path.
• Make capacity delivery status legible to leadership.
• Set cadence, escalation paths, and definition of done for the program lane.
• Establish program structure in new domains and mentor other TPMs.
