Meta seeks a staff-level Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-organizational programs across engineering and product teams. You will translate complex technical challenges into structured execution plans and influence the technical direction of programs with broad impact.

You will partner with engineering leaders to manage risk, deliver outcomes at scale, and drive adoption of new technologies while mentoring other TPMs and upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-org programs with ownership.
• Ability to assess complex systems and translate to strategy.
• Track record of creating risk registers, dependencies, and dashboards.
• Influences technical decisions across multiple teams and leaders.
• Demonstrated AI skills and staying current with AI tech.
