Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery to own end-to-end data center network deployments, fabric turn-ups, and peering expansions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and architect scalable processes for global network delivery, reporting to executives. 10+ years in TPM or network engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or network engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale data center deployments and fabrics.
• Strong knowledge of data center network architectures and topologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of network deployments in data center builds.
• Manage program plans for fabric turn-ups, backbones, and peering expansions.
• Translate forecasts into actionable program requirements for physical and logical infra.
• Lead cross-functional execution to mitigate delivery risks.
• Report deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn-up automation.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs across teams.
