Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of Avionics Test Systems, enabling the test, validation, and scaled production of Leo satellite sub-systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams for hardware/software products.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure connecting the world through satellite network programs.
• Lead avionics test system development end-to-end from requirements to production deployment.
• Coordinate internal and vendor teams to ensure on-schedule delivery of test stations.
• Make test-architecture decisions and perform trade studies for test coverage and cost.
• Scale test infrastructure for high-rate production and drive automation improvements.
