Job summary
Mytra is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software programs powering autonomous material flow systems. You will coordinate bot firmware, fleet orchestration, and ML/CV pipelines, driving delivery from architecture to production in a cross-functional team.
You will partner with firmware, backend, ML/CV, and robotics engineers, manage timelines, and implement scalable software delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years leading software programs and multi-service software systems.
- Experience planning sprints, schedules, budgets, and engineering resources.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestones for software deliverables across bot firmware, fleet orchestration, WMS integration, and ML/CV pipelines.
- Drive agile development and release planning across multiple software teams; establish sprint cadences, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
- Collaborate with leadership, internal engineering, and external partners to drive execution and align hardware and software workstreams.
- Initiate and implement processes to ensure efficient deployment of engineering resources and best practices for software delivery.
