Job summary

Collaborative Robotics seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Software to lead end-to-end robot software programs for Proxie, including localization, perception, and navigation stacks. You will own roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive complex features from concept to product release.

You’ll partner with software, hardware, operations, and leadership to plan, track, and mitigate risks while delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience, including software for autonomous systems.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team-building skills.
• Experience guiding software teams in cutting-edge product development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end software programs for current and future robots.
• Create plans meeting scope, timeline, and budget; drive to closure.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, operations, and leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and execution strategies.
• Provide guidance on how software aligns with customer and product needs.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering teams.
