Job summary

Mytra in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead development of warehouse operator stations—hardware/software systems where operators interact with our automated material flow network. You will own the end-to-end hardware program from concept through deployment in customer spaces.

You’ll collaborate with systems, safety, mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensing, and data/ML teams to deliver safe, reliable, instrumented products that turn operational data into value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience with hardware/software products.
• Experience managing electromechanical development lifecycles (design, prototyping, validation, deployment).
• Experience planning resources, schedules, budgets, and milestones across hardware and software.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and own end-to-end program plans for hardware/software products including mechanical/electrical design, safety, firmware, sensing, and software layers.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, cadences, and backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product, deployment, and external partners to align and execute.
• Implement processes to improve resource deployment and program management practices.
