Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for hardware systems to own the end-to-end development of warehouse operator stations, interfacing with operators and the automated material flow network. You will drive plans across mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensing, and data services, coordinating with multiple engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and instrumented hardware products.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on program management, and the ability to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in technical program management for complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience planning resourcing, schedules, budgets, and milestones across hardware and software programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive end-to-end program plans across mechanical and electrical design, safety, firmware, sensing, and software layers.
• Own cross-functional dependency management, risk registers, build scope, cadences, and risk retirement.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal/external partners to drive execution and alignment.
• Initiate processes to improve resource deployment and program management practices.
