Job summary

Teleo is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the integration point across our product development organization. You will drive cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and NPI to progress toward readiness milestones.

You will build system-level roadmaps, manage dependencies, and develop dashboards to provide leadership visibility into risks and release status as Teleo scales its autonomous robotic platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, Mech, CS, Robotics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex multidisciplinary products from concept through production.
• Experience coordinating hardware, embedded software, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI through product releases.
• Strong understanding of V&V, ECN/ECO, manufacturing readiness, release management, and PLM.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience building program plans, managing dependencies, and reporting program status to leadership.
• Experience establishing program mgmt infrastructure using Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, MS Project or equivalent, including milestones and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a system-level understanding of Teleo’s products and coordinate roadmaps, feedback, priorities, and dependencies.
• Coordinate execution across software, firmware, hardware, autonomy, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI to meet milestones and release objectives.
• Maintain integrated program plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and identify schedule and execution risks.
• Coordinate product readiness reviews across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations for production readiness.
• Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable execution across programs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility on status, risks, and readiness.
• Continuously improve planning, communication, and program mgmt practices as Teleo scales.
