Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software and systems programs for its Autonomous Delivery Vehicle initiative. You will drive end-to-end planning, data management, and fleet operation tooling across multiple engineering teams and partners.

The role requires coordinating across software, systems, vehicle, safety, and operations groups to deliver scalable capabilities from testing through deployment, with emphasis on risk management and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Software Program Execution: Lead planning and delivery of software capabilities for autonomous vehicle testing and ops.
• Data Infrastructure and Management: Drive data transfer, storage, processing, quality control, security, and access from vehicles.
• Fleet and Operations Tools: Deliver software tools for multi-site vehicle fleet operation and reporting.
• Last-Mile Technology Integration: Drive software integration within Amazon’s last-mile network across teams and partners.
• Systems Integration and Launch Readiness: Manage interfaces, testing, and readiness for new fleets and locations.
• Cross-Functional and Partner Leadership: Establish plans, ownership, metrics, and align technical decisions.
