Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs for Last Mile Driver Experience. You will drive end-to-end delivery of mobile apps and backend services that guide drivers, with scale, reliability and cost efficiency in mind.

You'll partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to define architecture, manage release schedules, and deliver high-impact driver experiences across platforms, while communicating with senior leadership on metrics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs that support Last Mile delivery.
• Deliver end-to-end projects including mobile apps and backend services for driver operations.
• Define scalable architecture and operational excellence for the driver platform.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints and manage risk and deadlines.
