The role partners with software, systems, vehicle, safety, and operations teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, and drive end-to-end capability delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of software capabilities supporting autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
• Drive programs for data transfer, ingestion, storage, processing, and quality control of vehicle data.
• Deliver software tools to operate a multi-site vehicle fleet including assignment, planning, and maintenance tracking.
• Drive software integration to operate autonomous vehicles within Amazon’s last-mile network.
• Partner across software, vehicle, hardware, safety, and operations teams to manage interfaces and readiness for new fleets.
• Establish plans, ownership, metrics, and operating mechanisms across teams and partners.
