Job summary

Amazon Prime Air in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end lifecycle for large-scale autonomous delivery programs. You will align cross-functional roadmaps, unblock mission-planning bottlenecks, and translate complex engineering milestones into concrete execution plans.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, Software, and Hardware teams to steer technology roadmaps, ensure safety and reliability, and scale operations to new sites while preserving speed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Architect the World & Missions: drive the technical program lifecycle for systems responsible for world models, mission planning engines, and dynamic airspace environments.
• Scale for Global Expansion: own the program strategy for scaling systems across multiple sites globally while ensuring reliability and safety.
• Drive Technology Roadmaps: define 3–5 year roadmaps and align dependencies with Applied Science, Software, and Hardware teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: translate complex technical challenges into execution-ready milestones and drive ownership across teams.
