Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior TPM for Prime Air in Seattle, WA. You will lead cross-functional teams to architect world models, mission planning engines, and scalable software for a growing drone-delivery program.

You will drive 3–5 year technology roadmaps, coordinate with Applied Science, Software, and Hardware teams, and translate complex technical challenges into concrete milestones while ensuring safety and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Architect the World & Missions: Drive the technical program lifecycle for systems responsible for building comprehensive world models, mission planning engines, and dynamic airspace environments.
• Scale for Global Expansion: Own the program strategy for scaling these systems across multiple sites globally, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
• Drive Technology Roadmaps: Define 3–5 year roadmaps, collaborate with Applied Science, Software Engineering, and Hardware teams to align dependencies and pioneer autonomous capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with developers, systems engineers, safety, and security teams to translate complex challenges into milestones and drive execution.
