Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex autonomous delivery vehicle programs across software, data infrastructure, and fleet operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning software, vehicle engineering, safety, and operations to deliver scalable capabilities from testing to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Software Program Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of software capabilities supporting autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
• Data Infrastructure and Management: Drive programs supporting data transfer, ingestion, storage, processing, quality control, security, and access.
• Fleet and Operations Tools: Deliver software tools for operating a multi-site vehicle fleet, including assignment, planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Last-Mile Technology Integration: Drive software integration to operate autonomous vehicles within Amazon’s last-mile delivery network.
• Systems Integration and Launch Readiness: Manage system interfaces, testing, issue resolution, and readiness for new fleets and locations.
• Cross-Functional and Partner Leadership: Establish plans, ownership, metrics, and alignment across teams and partners.
