Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with TPMs, program teams, SW teams, applied scientists and research to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Own end to end program execution for complex, multi-team initiatives spanning software, ML/research, and systems integration.
• Translate ambiguous research objectives into structured plans with milestones, owners, and exit criteria.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, elevate with data, and drive resolution.
• Build and maintain reviews, dashboards, and cadences that give leadership visibility without dragging teams.
