Job summary

Sonatus seeks a Technical Program Manager to define, manage, and support engineering projects across partners and customers. You will coordinate and drive internal teams, track action items, and lead software release processes while communicating status to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of TPM experience, a solid grasp of software development processes, and a proven ability to multitask across several projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of TPM experience
• Strong understanding of software development processes
• Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask across multiple projects
• Experience managing projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile project management and handling ambiguity across programs
• Experience in embedded software, cloud networking, TCP/IP-based products, or automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive internal engineering teams to develop project plans, monitor schedules, document agreements, and close gaps
• Coordinate and manage software releases and engineering change requests
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects and develop mitigation plans
• Present status and reports to cross-functional teams and partners
