Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Software Operations team in Boston. You will design, build, and improve processes across the software development lifecycle using AI agents and automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

You’ll work with engineering leaders to measure productivity, quality, flow, and organizational health, and help coordinate planning and execution across multiple autonomous teams in a shared model.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving software processes, not just maintaining them.
• Hands-on software tools experience and comfort with engineering systems.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve processes, workflows, tools, and operating mechanisms across Sonos software teams.
• Help build an AI-enabled software development lifecycle and automate repetitive work.
• Develop engineering metrics and feedback systems to measure productivity and health.
• Plan and execute mechanisms for multiple autonomous teams within a shared model.
• Turn complex processes into scalable systems and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
