Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management for complex technology projects
• Advanced stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
• Vendor management and resources/budget management in agile environments
• Proven ability to translate objectives into actionable plans and milestones
• Knowledge of governance frameworks (Agile/Waterfall) and hybrid work models
• Familiarity with program tools (JIRA, MS Project, Clarity/PPM) and dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels

Responsibilities

• Manage central cross-functional initiatives aligned to strategy, milestones, and success metrics
• Establish governance routines and ensure timely execution and transparent communication
• Oversee technology operating model including planning, tracking, and executive readouts
• Partner with enterprise teams to ensure standards, timelines, and tooling adoption
• Provide clear direction, plans, and visibility into status and dependencies
• Own recurring reporting for senior management and Chief of Staff teams
• Develop dashboards and status views to drive action
• Coordinate Global Resiliency activities and SME alignment
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled solutions
• Document solutions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
• Champion accessible AI tooling and enablement across teams
