Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale data center, cloud, and research computing infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed computing platforms, virtualization and container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud services, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating HPC and data center architecture, technology assessments, platforms, and vendor offerings.
• Ability to translate research and institutional requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions and to develop financial analyses (TCO, ROI, budgeting).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale data center, cloud, and research computing infrastructure, including HPC, GPU-accelerated computing, large-scale storage, and high-speed networking architectures.
• Translate research and institutional requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
• Develop programs from concept through implementation, including business case development, stakeholder alignment, governance design, and transition to operational ownership.
• Develop financial analyses, including cost modeling, TCO, ROI, budget forecasting, and vendor pricing evaluations.
• Evaluate HPC and data center architecture, technology assessments, platforms, and vendor offerings against organizational needs.
