• Ability to gather requirements and define scope.
• Able to lead across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM of next‑gen hardware platform development across Data Center, Network, and Hardware Systems.
• Own end‑to‑end program success from concept through production deployment.
• Define scope, schedules, and deliverables with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Scale AI best practices and responsible AI workflows across teams.
• Mentor other TPMs and influence roadmaps and vendor engagement.
• Communicate status to leadership and drive process improvements.
