Qualifications

BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; 10+ years in technical or analytical roles with program leadership.
Proven ability to lead transformational, company-level programs impacting multiple OKRs.
Deep technical breadth in search, recommendation systems, ML/AI, and data integration.
AI-forward execution mindset with GenAI to accelerate planning and communications.

Responsibilities

Envision and trailblaze signals strategy spanning offsite and onsite, addressing business, technical, and regulatory needs.
Lead company-wide roadmaps for signals, aligning objectives with capabilities and OKRs.
Oversee multi-organization programs, managing ambiguity and risk at scale.
Direct technical execution of signals initiatives ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
Collaborate with AI Research and external partners to accelerate AI model adoption.
