Job summary

Amazon Advertising seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of Ads Agent internal, the AI agent that helps advertiser teams resolve issues faster and with higher quality. You will own the program from pilot to scale, coordinating science, engineering, and partner teams to improve resolution quality and adoption.

You will lead weekly status, risk reviews, and executive updates, ensuring launch readiness and tight coordination across FAIM and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end program delivery for Ads Agent internal, from planning through launch and ramp.
• Drive cross-team execution across FAIM and partner teams; manage dependencies and risks.
• Run weekly status, goal tracking, and VP-level touchbases; report adoption and efficiency metrics.
• Define launch readiness; ensure coverage and go/no-go criteria with teams.
• Build mechanisms to improve agent quality alongside FAIM model team; feedback loops and prioritized fixes.
• Partner with product to translate roadmap into executable plans with milestones and ownership.
• Collaborate with support ops, legal, and policy on rollout and training.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and faster decision-making.
• Write updates for senior audiences and PRFAQs.
