Job summary

Amazon Advertising is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the AI infrastructure core services, accelerating agentic AI development across Ads. You will partner with engineering, product and business teams to define roadmaps, measure KPIs, and ensure scalable, production-grade reliability for advertiser-facing and internal agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with direct work with software engineering teams.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising’s long‑term business and technical goals.
• Stakeholder Influence: Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and internal agent builder teams to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful agentic core infra solutions that scale globally.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering, product from agent and skill builder teams to onboard and utilize agentic core infra to accelerate their roadmaps.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.
