Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to lead a multi-quarter data platform modernization portfolio within the data engineering organization. You will drive cross-team execution across streaming ingestion, Hive-to-Iceberg migrations, workflow consolidation, and legacy deprecation, partnering with engineering, finance, and governance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in data platforms or data infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of batch/streaming pipelines, table formats, storage layers, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, derive insights, and drive decisions from data.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering and business stakeholders in high-visibility settings.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and changing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in workflow design and applying GenAI for prompting, dashboards, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs spanning ingestion, migrations to Iceberg, and workflow platform consolidation.
• Coordinate cross-team execution, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks among service owners.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards showing progress, savings, risks, and decisions.
• Own reporting for a large data infrastructure portfolio with DRIs and governance stakeholders.
• Apply GenAI as the default operating model to draft artifacts and surface risks.
• Prototype AI-assisted tools and dashboards with governance and safety-by-design practices.
