Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Customer Experience Improvement (CXI) group.

You will own cross-functional execution across AI/ML workstreams, coordinate resolver teams, and scale defect elimination beyond a single team. The role focuses on agentic AI, data pipelines, and a large number of partner teams, delivering hundreds of millions in prevented concessions and thousands of defects eliminated annually.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Define, design, and deliver complex product features with PMs and multiple teams.
Manage all aspects of project execution and lead large programs.
Draft technical specs and system integration plans and discuss technical choices.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, issues; provide escalation, trade-offs, mitigations.
Shape the tech strategy and analyze cost/benefit for project selection.
Influence stakeholders and leadership with regular status updates.
