Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks aTechnical Program Manager for the CXI Product and Tech team who will drive cross-functional delivery across AI/ML workstreams and resolver teams. Qualifications

5+ years in technical product or program management.
3+ years of software development experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams with release coordination.
Experience communicating with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Interact with Product Managers, TPMs, and development teams to define, design, and deliver complex product features.
Manage all aspects of project execution and leadership of large programs.
Create technical specifications and system integration plans; discuss and evaluate technical concepts.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and issues; provide escalation, trade-offs, and mitigations.
Drive technology strategy and analyze cost/benefit of project selection across teams.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership; provide regular reporting and updates.
