Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Customer Experience Improvement (CXI) team. You will own cross-functional execution across AI/ML workstreams, coordinate with resolver teams, and build scalable mechanisms to eliminate defects across marketplaces.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Interact with Product Managers, TPMs, and multiple development teams to deliver complex features.
Manage all aspects of project execution and lead large programs.
Create technical specifications and system integration plans and discuss technical concepts.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and issues; provide escalation management and mitigations.
Drive technology strategy and analyze cost/benefit for project selection.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership; report progress regularly.
