Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Technical for the Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) to influence AWS products from a customer perspective.

You will partner with AWS leadership to deliver innovative experiences across AI services, GenAI, and AI hardware, translating customer insights into actionable product roadmaps. The role requires deep technical fluency, strong communication, and the ability to influence without formal authority, guiding cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering product features and tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on tech decisions and strategy.
• Experience advocating for diverse customers during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Design and run PoC experiments to evaluate AWS customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and science teams on product evaluations.
• Develop roadmaps by synthesizing product plans, customer needs and trends.
• Own evaluation lifecycle from scoping to findings for CX of AWS products.
• Share knowledge on AI services and AI hardware developments.
