Job summary

Amazon Advertising is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for Ads AI Core Infrastructure in New York. You will direct end-to-end initiatives enabling agent-based AI services and scalable core infrastructure.

As a TPM, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define roadmaps, drive adoption, and ensure reliability and performance across multi-agent workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale agentic AI programs.
• Partner with leaders and infrastructure teams to align on priorities.
• Collaborate to onboard and utilize agentic core infra for roadmaps.
• Define KPIs and metrics; report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution.
