Job summary

Amazon Advertising is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs across the CRX and RAS programs.

You will own the program management function for AI-powered creative generation, optimization, and serving systems that deliver ads across Amazon surfaces, as well as the retailer ad platform integrations. You will coordinate with engineering leaders and product teams to translate vision into roadmaps, drive multi-quarter programs, and maintain deployment cadence,

Qualifications

7+ years of people management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
7+ years of technical program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating release schedules.
Experience with cloud computing services or deployment architecture.
Experience communicating with executives and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and develop a team of TPMs across CRX and RAS program areas.
Drive cross-organizational programs touching ad serving infrastructure and ML systems.
Establish mechanisms for operational excellence across both organizations.
Define technical roadmaps and manage architectural risks with engineering leadership.
Coach TPMs and prepare for principal-level promotion.
