Amazon Advertising is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the AI infrastructure core services, accelerating agentic AI development across Ads. You will partner with engineering, product and business teams to define roadmaps, measure KPIs, and ensure scalable, production-grade reliability for advertiser-facing and internal agents.

The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs for Amazon Ads' AI infrastructure core services that accelerate agentic AI development. This role requires deep technical knowledge in AI/ML systems, AWS technologies, distributed infrastructure, and agentic frameworks, with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams building foundational services that enable product teams to ship agents in weeks instead of months. As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing agentic AI core infra product roadmap, driving agent builder adoption through seamless onboarding experiences, influencing technical and business stakeholders across Ads organizations, and ensuring the core services scales to support multi‑agent workflows, stateful runtime, and production‑grade reliability for advertiser‑facing and internal agents.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
