Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a senior technical product/PM leader to drive high-impact initiatives across multiple teams within the Sponsored Products and Brands group. You will shape product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to deliver on our vision for conversational ad experiences and AI-enabled advertising solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to advance multi-turn conversational interfaces and ensure successful

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Successfully lead delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute on our vision.
Bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions. Assess risk, drive clarity, and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery.
Define mechanism to optimize the output and collaboration within the team and with partners.
Help develop the team’s long-term technical strategy based on our business goals.
