Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact programs for Ads AI Core Infra. You will partner with Worldwide Advertising teams to balance business needs with technical constraints and ensure timely delivery of complex features.

You will oversee cross-functional collaborations, create architectural designs, monitor project health, and escalate issues as needed to maintain momentum and quality across multiple VP-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with high impact and execution based on customer impact and business opportunity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and serve as a technical liaison between business, product, science, and engineering teams.
• Create high-level designs and architectural diagrams for implementingsolutions, ensuring architectures scale with the business case.
• Monitor metrics and program health, clear blockers, manage escalations, and mitigate risks.
• Lead technical reviews, build consensus on a vision, and guide long-term technology choices.
