Job summary

Moloco in Seattle seeks a Technical Program Manager/Engineering Manager to connect engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders. You will own cross‑team roadmaps, schedules, risks, and initiatives from concept to completion, embedding with product and engineering to drive end‑to‑end programs.

You’ll establish scalable processes, improve efficiency across the organization, and help grow the TPM function while safeguarding security, privacy, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years working with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, including C‑level executives.

Responsibilities

• Be the connective tissue across the organization to align priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.
• Own and drive cross‑team initiatives from conception to completion.
• Create and manage cross‑team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish scalable, repeatable processes and improve engineering, product, and operations efficiency.
• Grow the TPM function.
