Job summary

Moloco seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager/Engineering Manager in the Seattle area to drive cross-team initiatives across engineering, product, and leadership. You will own roadmaps, schedules, and risk management while ensuring security, privacy, and operational excellence across our Ad Tech platforms.

This role requires collaboration with senior leaders and multiple teams, delivering scalable processes, and contributing to the growth of the TPM function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Be the connective tissue across the organization to align engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders on priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.
• Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
• Create and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.
• Be a force multiplier by improving engineering, product, and operational efficiency.
• Help grow the TPM function.
