Job summary

Motive is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Platform Services in Seattle on a hybrid basis. The TPM will drive high-impact, cross-functional programs that span Motive’s product and engineering orgs, focusing on platform foundations and alignment across teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery at scale, with a strong emphasis on governance, metrics, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management in software, infra, or platform orgs.
• Proven track record leading large, ambiguous, multi-team programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering leaders on architecture, trade offs, and delivery risks.
• Structured, outcome-focused program management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders and improving governance across teams.
• Data-driven decisions with metrics and dashboards to govern program success.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into executable program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional technical programs across Platform Services Engineering.
• Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks with clear operating rhythms.
• Build scalable program mechanisms for reviews, reporting, escalation, and success metrics.
• Mentor teams and elevate execution standards across the engineering org.
• Drive regular executive updates and cross-organizational communications.
