Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the PubTech (Publisher Technologies) team. You will define and deliver large-scale programs with global impact, partnering with leaders and engineering teams to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, stability, and extensibility.

You will influence priorities, manage cross-functional communication, and share best practices across TPM communities, contributing to internal conferences and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to define and deliver complex programs.
• Build consensus across stakeholders and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Represent decisions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above.
• Influence priorities, owners, and direction for programs.
• Steer teams away from past failure patterns and escalations when needed.
• Educate TPMs and engineers on program management best practices.
