Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Security Platform Engineering in a hybrid Seattle role.

You will own end-to-end security program management across multiple domains, coordinating risk, compliance, and engineering partners to deliver initiatives on time and with measurable outcomes. You will build program rhythms, define and track OKRs/KPIs, and support onboarding of new engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management within security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior engineering, risk, compliance, and business partners.
• Proven ability to drive cross-organizational decisions without direct authority.
• Defined, tracked, and reported OKRs and KPIs for platform health and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across security domains and track deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional partners on security initiatives.
• Drive alignment in forums where security lacks direct authority.
• Build and maintain sprint cadences, status reports, roadmaps, and updates.
• Develop OKRs/KPIs across security platforms for monthly leadership reporting.
• Support onboarding of new engineers with ramp plans and knowledge transfer.
• Identify risks early and orient toward resolution over escalation.
• Partner with Manager on team restructuring, hiring coordination, and leadership communications.
