Job summary

Motive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Platform Services Engineering organization in Seattle. You will lead cross-functional, high-impact programs spanning platform foundations, analytics, and developer tooling, translating priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes technical judgment, structured program leadership, and the ability to align multi-team investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or related role.
• Proven track record leading large, ambiguous, multi-team programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong technical fluency with architecture, delivery risks, and execution plans.
• Structured program leadership and ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders and improving governance across interdependent teams.
• Bias for action and ability to unblock delivery beyond Jira hygiene.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive summaries and trade-off matrices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into clear, executable program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional technical programs across Platform Services Engineering.
• Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks with clear operating rhythms.
• Build scalable program mechanisms: roadmap reviews, status reporting, escalation paths, success metrics.
• Identify systemic issues early and drive durable solutions across teams.
• Influence technical and business stakeholders to keep strategic initiatives moving forward.
• Mentor others in program management to raise execution standards across the org.
• Drive executive reporting and cross-organizational communications to align leadership and partners.
