Job summary

ASU’s Total Rewards team seeks a Total Rewards Specialist 3 to provide complex HR information and guidance on benefits, ADA, and related programs. You will administer assigned programs, respond to inquiries, and help ensure compliant, clear communication across ASU campuses.

In this role, you will work with HR partners, interpret regulations, and help implement program changes while maintaining high service quality for employees, vendors, and university stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering ADA, benefits, retirement, and/or leave programs.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, policies governing benefits and leave.
• Ability to translate complex program information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and administer assigned benefits programs across ASU units.
• Design and deliver training and communications to increase employee understanding of programs.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistent guidance on policies and provisions.
• Research regulations and policies to resolve issues and support compliance.
• Analyze proposed plan changes and assist with implementation.
• Support enrollment activities and communications during Open Enrollment.
