Altais is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Operations to lead compensation design, benefits, and HR operations across California. The role requires expertise in California labor laws, pay data reporting, and Workday Advanced Compensation, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive governance, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, transparent compensation programs that align with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years compensation experience, including lead or senior-level responsibility.
• 5+ years experience in HR operations, total rewards, or related areas.
• Experience with California labor laws and state reporting.
• Experience managing HR team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards strategy and programs across compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Oversee Workday setup and Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Develop compensation structures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure California compliance with pay transparency and wage-hour laws.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting and incentive modeling.
• Provide education and advisory support to leaders on pay decisions.
