GuideStone Financial Resources is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition and job architecture. You’ll shape strategy, own salary grades and market alignment, and ensure programs are fair, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential. The role partners with HR and senior leadership to drive cost-effective, competitive programs while advancing GuideStone’s high-performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with market pricing, salary structures and incentive plans.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with objectives and culture.
• Own governance, budgets, and cost modeling for total rewards.
• Design and administer base salary, incentives, and executive compensation.
• Lead annual compensation cycle including merit and promotions.
• Monitor pay equity, compression, and regulatory compliance.
