Job summary

onX is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager to shape how we reward, support, and invest in our employees as we scale. You will own compensation benchmarking, job architecture, pay bands, and market positioning, while leading benefits programs and vendor relationships.

This role reports to the Senior Director of People Operations and partners with Finance, Recruiting, and HR partners. You’ll drive scalable Total Rewards operations, build data-driven programs, and leverage AI-enabled insights to

Qualifications

8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits.
Experience designing and operating Total Rewards programs across compensation and benefits.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on offers, leveling, market positioning, and retention.
