Job summary

QuantumScape is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation, equity, and benefits programs. You will partner with Finance and leadership to shape market positioning, benchmark data, and job architecture across a multi-state environment.

You will own the annual compensation cycle, manage benefits programs, and supervise the Benefits & Immigration team, with a focus on compliance and effective people programs in a scalable Tech/ Manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with 4-6 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
• Strong total rewards expertise including hands-on Radford or Mercer benchmarking, job architecture, pay equity analysis, and comp cycle administration required.
• Experience owning benefit programs end to end including annual renewal, open enrollment, and vendor management, plus leave of absence and workers' compensation administration in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end total rewards program including compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Lead annual compensation cycle - merit, equity refresh, and promotions, with Finance and leadership.
• Oversee benefits programs, vendor management, open enrollment, and leaves of absence.
• Directly manage team members for Benefits & Immigration and Workers' Compensation & Leave of Absence.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and state/federal leave and workers' compensation requirements.
