Quva Pharma seeks a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. You will design and govern base pay structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation while ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.

You will partner with executive leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations, manage vendor relationships, and drive strategic Total Rewards initiatives that support growth and employee value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise compensation programs.
• Experience designing and managing sales incentive compensation plans, including modeling and governance.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) plan administration, governance, and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of health and welfare benefits and managing brokers, consultants, and providers.
• Ability to lead annual compensation processes including market pricing, salary planning, and merit programs.
• Experience evaluating compensation competitiveness and internal equity using market data.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership across compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and sales incentive compensation.
• Evaluate market data and emerging practices to keep programs competitive and financially responsible.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead design, governance, and administration of base pay, job evaluation, market pricing, and merit programs.
• Oversee annual compensation processes: salary planning, market adjustments, promotions, merit cycles, incentives.
• Conduct competitive market analyses and advise on appropriate strategies based on external benchmarking and internal equity.
• Establish governance, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and effective decision-making across the organization.
• Provide guidance on executive compensation and specialized arrangements.
• Develop and govern sales incentive plans aligned with commercial objectives and partner with Sales, Finance, and HR.
